Production Time

Production time is currently 5 full weeks as each item is made to order unless otherwise noted. Your order will ship once the production time is complete. Delivery time after shipping will vary based on where you are located. We are not responsible for USPS delays or re-shipping charges for an order if the address was given incorrectly.

Please be sure that what you are ordering is correct before you place your order because no changes will be made after it has gone through.

Rush Orders

We are not currently accepting any rush orders due to the volume of orders that we receive. Thanks for understanding!

Custom Orders

We are not currently taking any custom orders at this time. We will take them at certain times of the year and those will be posted on our social media accounts.

We also do not sell the decals or artwork on our items unless they are listed as such in the "Extras" section of our shop.

Return/Exchange Policy

In the instance that your order is incorrect or arrived to you broken, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your item. We also require that you send us photographs of the item(s) that are broken or incorrect. Any emails sent after 3 days of arrival will not be fixed. A replacement item will be sent back to you within 2 weeks.

All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We absolutely cannot accept returns for items that have been used. Please review your order carefully and be sure to ask any questions before ordering. If you are ordering something monogrammed, please be sure to leave your monogram correctly in the notes to seller box when you checkout. If no monogram is left in the box, you will receive the item blank.

The proper monogram is as follows:

first initial, last initial, middle initial. For example: my monogram is aSe - Ashlee Elizabeth Sosa.

Missing Information

If you order is missing information, the processing time for your order will be delayed. We will email you at the email address you leave at checkout in order obtain the proper information needed to complete your order.
